ABOUT OUR COATINGS   

Every Glory Rains Sweets cake pop is hand-dipped in a confectionery coating made from one of our base melting wafers. All coating varieties share a common foundation of sugar, vegetable oil, and milk solids. The specific coating applied to each pop determines whether it contains cocoa, a brightening agent, or a specific FD&C color dye — each of which is noted in the Coating Key below.

The combined ingredient list and allergen information that follow represent the full range of coating ingredients used across all Glory Rains Sweets cake pop varieties. Drizzle, decoration, and sprinkle ingredients are listed separately. The specific coating used for your order is noted on your product tag or order confirmation.

COATING ALLERGENS   CONTAINS: MILK, SOY

(Coatings are produced on shared equipment that processes these allergens.)

All coating varieties — whether white, chocolate, or colored — contain MILK and SOY. Cocoa-containing coatings are dairy-based and soy-emulsified. Colored coatings contain FD&C artificial dyes. If you have a specific allergy concern, please contact us before ordering.

COATING KEY

The bracketed markers above identify which ingredients are present in each specific coating variety. Unmarked ingredients appear in all coatings.

[A] — Sweet Shoppe Colored Melting Wafers only:  Whole Milk Powder, Whey Powder, and FD&C Artificial Color dyes are present only when a Sweet Shoppe Colored Wafer is used as the primary coating. Color-specific dyes vary by shade (e.g., Rose Pink = FD&C Red 40 Lake + Titanium Dioxide; other colors = Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Blue 1, or combinations).

[B] — Merckens Super White and Merckens White coatings only:  Fluid Milk is listed as a separate ingredient in Merckens Super White and White. Not present in Merckens Milk Chocolate or Dark Chocolate.

[C] — Merckens Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Dark) coating only:  Cocoa Processed with Alkali (dutched cocoa) is exclusive to the dark chocolate variety, giving it a deeper, less acidic cocoa flavor.

[D] — Merckens Milk Chocolate (Cocoa Lite) and Merckens Dark Chocolate coatings:  Standard cocoa (non-alkalized) is present in both chocolate coating varieties. Not present in white or colored coatings.

[E] — Merckens Super White and Sweet Shoppe Colored Wafers:  Titanium Dioxide is an FDA-approved whitening pigment used to achieve a bright white base. It is present in Merckens Super White and is part of the Sweet Shoppe color system. It is NOT present in Merckens White (standard), Milk Chocolate, or Dark Chocolate.
